Tony Aloia is the Principal Consultant at 32 Degrees Outdoor Group and brings an extensive industry background. His professional sales experience began in the Mortgage and Medical Device Industries and has spent his last 8 years specializing in sales and marketing management within the Fishing Industry. Tony has worked in various Pro Staff positions including Marcum Technologies, Striker Ice, St. Croix Rods, and Northland Tackle among others.
He entered the industry full-time as the Director of Sales for Eskimo Ice Fishing Gear and Ion Ice Augers, where he served for nearly 5 years, and was fortunate to help oversee the launch of the Ion Brand, as well as many new products driving the growth of the Eskimo brand.
Most recently he worked the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Acme Tackle, prior to starting 32 Degrees Outdoor Group in 2018.
